- Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be revised due to market fluctuations in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Acceptance: The client shall sign and return a copy of this Quotation Estimate along with the 25% advance payment to commence work. No work shall begin until the advance is received in the firm's designated bank account in Islamabad.
- Scope Limitation: The Civil Engineer services are strictly limited to the scope described in Section 2. Any additional structural modifications, design changes, or extended supervision beyond the stated durations will require a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
- Compliance: All designs and supervision shall comply with the Pakistan Building Code (PBC) 2018, ICT Development Control Regulations, and the standards of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). The Civil Engineer shall ensure the structure meets Seismic Zone III requirements specific to the Islamabad region.
- Delays: In the event of project delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed material supply, access restrictions, or regulatory hold-ups by ICT authorities), the Civil Engineer's supervision days shall be extended, and additional charges at the daily rate specified in this Quotation Estimate shall apply.
- Confidentiality: All project drawings, structural calculations, and site data prepared by our Civil Engineer team in Pakistan Islamabad shall remain the confidential property of the client and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably. In the event of failure to reach a settlement, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940, with the seat of arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan.
- Warranty: The Civil Engineer warrants that all structural designs shall be free from defects in design for a period of two (2) years from the date of project completion, subject to the structure being constructed in strict accordance with the approved drawings.
