The Civil Engineer engagement under this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following professional deliverables tailored to the construction standards and regulatory requirements applicable in Pakistan Karachi:
- Complete structural design and load calculations for a G+3 residential building (approximately 4,200 sq. ft. per floor) compliant with the Pakistan Building Code (PBC) and Karachi Municipal Corporation (KMC) regulations.
- Foundation design including pile load testing, soil bearing capacity assessment, and raft foundation detailing specific to the coastal soil conditions prevalent in Pakistan Karachi.

The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed in the following milestones, subject to satisfactory completion of each phase by the Civil Engineer team:
- Advance Payment (30%): PKR 1,239,000 – Upon signing of the service agreement and submission of the initial structural design proposal.
- Second Installment (25%): PKR 1,032,500 – Upon approval of structural drawings by KDA/KMC and commencement of on-site supervision.
- Third Installment (25%): PKR 1,032,500 – Upon completion of structural work up to the roof slab level.
- Final Payment (20%): PKR 826,000 – Upon project completion, submission of as-built drawings, and issuance of the final Civil Engineer completion certificate.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
5.2 All professional services shall be rendered by a licensed Civil Engineer registered with the Pakistan Council of Engineers (PEC) and holding a valid Class A license for structural design.
5.3 The Civil Engineer shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Karachi Municipal Corporation, KDA, and the Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA).
5.4 Any additional scope of work beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges.
5.5 The client shall provide safe working conditions, access to the site, and timely availability of construction materials as per the Civil Engineer's schedule.
5.6 Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
5.7 All rates are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of the Civil Engineer's professional expertise, software licensing (ETABS, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD), and standard office overheads.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of construction materials, labor, machinery, or third-party testing laboratory fees. These costs shall be borne separately by the client. The Civil Engineer supervision charges cover professional oversight only and do not include physical construction work.
