- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, all rates and scope items are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Philippines Manila construction sector.
- Payment terms: 30% down payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design and permit approval, and 30% upon successful completion of construction supervision and project close-out.
- All Civil Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with the National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP 2015), the Building Code of the Philippines (PD 1096), and all applicable local ordinances of the Philippines Manila Local Government Units.
- The Civil Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license and shall maintain professional liability insurance coverage throughout the project duration.
- Any changes in scope, additional design revisions beyond three (3) iterations, or extended construction supervision beyond the stated twelve (12) months shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
- All deliverables, including drawings, reports, and certifications, shall be provided in both hard copy (5 sets) and digital format (PDF and CAD files) to the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for construction materials, labor, equipment rental, or third-party laboratory testing fees, which shall be borne separately by the client.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center in Manila.
- The Civil Engineer retains the right to refuse to certify any construction work that does not meet the approved design specifications or applicable safety standards in the Philippines Manila jurisdiction.
