- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any changes in material prices, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in Russia Moscow beyond this period may necessitate a revised estimate.
- All Civil Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Federal Law No. 384-FZ "Technical Regulation on Safety of Buildings and Structures" and applicable Moscow municipal bylaws.
- The Civil Engineer team shall hold valid professional accreditation issued by the Russian Self-Regulatory Organization of Engineers (SRO) and shall maintain professional liability insurance of no less than 50,000,000 RUB.
- Payment terms: Net 15 days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation plus 2% per annum.
- All project documentation, drawings, and calculation reports prepared by the Civil Engineer team remain the intellectual property of StroyPro Engineering LLC until full payment is received.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated construction halts, or changes in Moscow City zoning regulations, shall be addressed through mutual written agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the formal Service Agreement in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- Disputes arising from this estimate or subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration at the Moscow Arbitration Court in accordance with the applicable procedural rules.
This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide timely access to the construction site within the designated Moscow district, furnish all existing survey data, and obtain all necessary permits from municipal authorities prior to the commencement of Civil Engineer fieldwork. The estimate excludes: demolition of existing structures, utility relocation works beyond coordination, architectural design, interior fit-out engineering, and any remedial works arising from pre-existing structural defects not identified during the initial geotechnical survey.
