This Quotation Estimate is issued by NEVA Civil Engineering Consultancy LLC in response to the formal request for professional Civil Engineer services required for the Krestovsky Island Flood Mitigation and Structural Reinforcement Project located in Russia Saint Petersburg. The scope encompasses the full spectrum of civil engineering consultancy, structural assessment, hydraulic analysis, and project supervision as detailed below.
The Civil Engineer team assigned to this project will operate in strict compliance with the Russian Federal Law No. 384-FZ "Technical Regulation on the Safety of Buildings and Structures," the SPbSN (Saint Petersburg Building Norms), and all applicable GOST standards governing civil engineering practice within the Russian Federation. All deliverables will be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Russian State Expertise (GosEkspertiza) and the local Saint Petersburg Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. All prices are quoted in Russian Roubles (RUB) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes as per the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Civil Engineer services described herein are subject to the standard terms of NEVA Civil Engineering Consultancy LLC, which include but are not limited to: intellectual property rights on all design documentation vesting in the Client upon full payment; a limitation of liability clause capped at the total contract value; and a force majeure clause covering events including but not limited to extreme flooding of the Neva River, government-mandated work stoppages, and sanctions-related supply disruptions.
All Civil Engineer personnel assigned to this project in Russia Saint Petersburg shall hold valid professional registration with the relevant Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) and shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than 10,000,000 RUB per occurrence. The Client reserves the right to request substitution of key personnel with equivalent qualifications upon written notice.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal contract in accordance with Chapter 37 of the Russian Civil Code (Contract for Paid Services) must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
