1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Al-Riyadh Civil Engineering Consultants LLC to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a licensed Civil Engineer to deliver professional design, supervision, and consultancy services for a construction project located in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. 2. Scope of Civil Engineer Services

4. Payment Schedule
The total amount stipulated in this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed in the following milestones, subject to satisfactory completion and sign-off by the client and the appointed Civil Engineer:

5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- All professional services rendered by the Civil Engineer shall comply with the Saudi Building Code, Saudi Council of Engineers regulations, and the National Building Regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The Civil Engineer shall hold a valid professional license issued by the Saudi Council of Engineers and shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SAR 2,000,000 throughout the project duration.
- Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the account designated by Al-Riyadh Civil Engineering Consultants LLC. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month.
- The project site is located within the jurisdiction of Riyadh Municipality. The Civil Engineer shall be responsible for all municipal liaison, plan approvals, and compliance inspections specific to Saudi Arabia Riyadh building regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. Upon acceptance, this document shall form an annex to the master contract.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Arbitration Center (SAAC) rules.
- The Civil Engineer reserves the right to suspend services if payment milestones are overdue by more than fifteen (15) business days.
- All drawings, reports, and documentation produced under this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of the Civil Engineer until full payment is received.
6. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Civil Engineer services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance authorizes the Civil Engineer to commence preliminary site work and municipal submissions upon receipt of the advance payment.
