As the appointed Civil Engineer for this project, Diop & Partners Engineering Ltd. shall deliver the following professional services throughout the full lifecycle of the development in Senegal Dakar:
- Geotechnical Investigation and Site Analysis: Comprehensive soil testing, borehole drilling, and geotechnical assessment of the 4,200 m² plot in Ngor, Dakar, to determine bearing capacity, groundwater levels, and suitability for the proposed structural loads.
- Structural Design and Engineering: Full structural design of the six-storey residential building and two-storey commercial podium, including foundation design (raft and pile foundations), reinforced concrete frame design, and structural steel detailing where applicable.
- Geotechnical and Foundation Engineering: Design of deep and shallow foundation systems appropriate for the lateritic and sandy soil conditions prevalent in the Senegal Dakar coastal zone, with consideration of the high water table and seasonal rainfall patterns.

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones, payable within 30 days of invoice issuance:

- Design Phase Completion (25%): Upon delivery and approval of all structural and hydraulic design documents — XOF 26,373,000
- Construction Phase (45%): Disbursed monthly in equal instalments during the 18-month construction period — XOF 47,471,400
- Final Handover (10%): Upon completion of as-built documentation and DUC approval — XOF 10,549,200
Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Senegal Dakar.
Professional Liability: The Civil Engineer firm maintains professional indemnity insurance with a coverage limit of XOF 500,000,000, as required by the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Sénégal.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather events, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions within the Dakar region.
Confidentiality: All project data, site information, and engineering calculations shared in connection with this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties.

This Quotation Estimate is based on the following assumptions: the site is free of existing structures requiring demolition; access to the site in Senegal Dakar is unrestricted; the client will provide all necessary permits and land title documentation prior to commencement; and no major archaeological or environmental constraints exist on the plot. Excluded from this estimate are: architectural design fees, landscape architecture, interior fit-out engineering, and any remedial works arising from conditions not identified during the geotechnical investigation phase.
