This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlas Civil Engineering & Infrastructure (Pty) Ltd in response to the formal request for professional Civil Engineer services for the Harbourview Residential Development Phase 2 project located in the Atlantic Seaboard area of South Africa Cape Town. The scope encompasses structural design, geotechnical assessment, stormwater management planning, and full construction-phase supervision in compliance with the National Building Regulations (NBR) of South Africa, the Western Cape Provincial Government by-laws, and the City of Cape Town municipal engineering standards.

Important Conditions Governing This Quotation Estimate
1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Thereafter, rates may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in South Africa Cape Town.
2. All Civil Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Engineering Profession Act 36 of 1974 (as amended) and the regulations of the Professional Engineering Board of South Africa.
3. The client acknowledges that the Civil Engineer's liability is limited to the professional services described herein and does not extend to the contractor's workmanship, material defects, or third-party claims.
4. All intellectual property, design drawings, and engineering calculations produced under this Quotation Estimate remain the property of Atlas Civil Engineering & Infrastructure (Pty) Ltd until full payment is received.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
6. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa, or by arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa (AFSA).
7. The Civil Engineer reserves the right to withdraw from this Quotation Estimate if the client fails to provide reasonable access to the site or delays in decision-making exceed twenty-one (21) days.
6. AcceptanceBy signing below, the client accepts this Quotation Estimate for Civil Engineer services in South Africa Cape Town and authorises Atlas Civil Engineering & Infrastructure (Pty) Ltd to proceed with the scope of work as described herein.
