5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision.
5.2 Applicable Law: All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in Seoul.
5.3 Professional Liability: The Civil Engineer services provided are covered by a professional indemnity insurance policy with a minimum coverage of KRW 500,000,000, maintained by Hanjin Structural & Civil Engineering Co., Ltd.
5.4 Intellectual Property: All design documents, calculations, and reports produced under this engagement shall become the property of the Seoul Metropolitan Infrastructure Authority upon full payment.
5.5 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or other events beyond reasonable control, as defined under Korean civil law.
