1. Scope of the Quotation Estimate

4. Payment Terms
Payment for the Civil Engineer services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three instalments: (a) 30% upon signing of the professional services contract and receipt of the initial deposit; (b) 50% upon completion and approval of the full structural design package and submission of the Proyecto de Ejecución to the Valencia municipal authority; and (c) 20% upon delivery of the final as-built documentation and the structural compliance certificate. All payments shall be made by bank transfer to the account specified in the contract, in Euros, to the account held by the Civil Engineer at a bank operating in Spain Valencia.
5. Terms and Conditions
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. The Civil Engineer reserves the right to revise the pricing if the scope of work is materially altered by the client. All structural calculations and drawings produced under this Quotation Estimate remain the intellectual property of the Civil Engineer until full payment has been received. The services are governed by the Spanish Civil Code and the professional regulations of the COICV. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain, in accordance with the applicable jurisdictional rules.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of third-party geotechnical investigations, environmental impact assessments, or any municipal fees levied by the Ayuntamiento de Paterna for building permit processing. These costs, if applicable, will be quoted separately by the Civil Engineer upon receipt of the relevant reports. The client is advised to confirm that the site access in the Paterna industrial zone, Valencia, will be available for the scheduled Civil Engineer site visits.6. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms set forth herein for the Civil Engineer services to be delivered in Spain Valencia.
