1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Nile Delta Engineering & Infrastructure Consultants to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the engagement of a licensed Civil Engineer and associated technical team to deliver structural design, site supervision, and quality assurance services for the Omdurman Drainage Network Rehabilitation Project located in Sudan Khartoum. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and outlines all professional fees, material cost estimates, mobilization charges, and contingency provisions associated with the scope of work described herein.

The Civil Engineer services proposed under this Quotation Estimate encompass the full lifecycle of the project from preliminary survey and geotechnical assessment through detailed structural design, construction-phase supervision, and final commissioning. All work shall be executed in strict compliance with the Sudanese National Building Code, the Khartoum State Municipal Regulations, and applicable international engineering standards (BS 8110, ACI 318, and Eurocode 2) as adopted for infrastructure projects in Sudan Khartoum.

Note: All prices in this Quotation Estimate are quoted in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 15% as applicable to professional engineering services in Sudan Khartoum. Exchange rate fluctuations beyond ±10% from the date of issue shall trigger a formal price revision clause as outlined in Section 5.

3. Payment Schedule

The total value of this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed in accordance with the following milestone-based payment structure, subject to satisfactory completion and sign-off by the client's project manager:

4. Terms and Conditions

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to re-evaluation.

4.2 The Civil Engineer and all supporting personnel engaged under this contract shall hold valid professional licenses issued by the Sudanese Engineers Syndicate and shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of SDG 50,000,000.

4.3 All work shall be performed in accordance with the approved project schedule. Delays attributable to the contractor shall incur liquidated damages at a rate of 0.1% of the contract value per calendar day, capped at 10% of the total contract sum.

4.4 The client reserves the right to request design modifications. Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall be subject to a supplementary agreement signed by both parties.

4.5 Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Law, with the seat of arbitration in Khartoum, Sudan Khartoum.

4.6 The Civil Engineer shall submit weekly progress reports and monthly cost reports to the client's representative. All reports shall be submitted in both Arabic and English.

4.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by an authorized representative.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms acceptance of the proposed Civil Engineer services, rates, and terms for the project located in Sudan Khartoum.
