The following terms govern this Quotation Estimate for Civil Engineer services in Switzerland Zurich:
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, the Civil Engineer reserves the right to re-evaluate all rates based on current Switzerland Zurich market conditions.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of invoice date. A 15% mobilisation advance is required upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. Subsequent progress payments shall be issued monthly in arrears, supported by the Civil Engineer's certified progress reports.
