This Quotation Estimate is issued by Chaiyaphum Structural & Civil Engineering Co., Ltd. to Siam Riverside Development Group Co., Ltd. for the provision of comprehensive Civil Engineer services related to the design, structural assessment, and construction supervision of a 28-storey mixed-use residential and commercial building located in the Khlong Toei district of Thailand Bangkok. - This Quotation Estimate is a firm offer for the Civil Engineer services described herein and is subject to acceptance in writing by the Client within the validity period stated above.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of all design deliverables, 20% upon substantial completion of construction, and 10% upon final handover and certification.
- The Civil Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of THB 50,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.
- All structural designs and calculations shall be stamped and signed by a licensed Civil Engineer registered with the Thai Council of Engineers (TCE) and shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.
- The Client shall provide timely access to the project site in Thailand Bangkok and shall furnish all architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings required for the Civil Engineer to proceed with structural design within the agreed timelines.
- Any delay in Client-provided information exceeding 10 working days shall entitle the Civil Engineer to a corresponding extension of the project schedule without additional cost.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for third-party testing laboratories, government permit fees, or any works outside the defined scope of Civil Engineer services.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved in accordance with the Thai Civil and Commercial Code and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Civil Engineer services to be performed in Thailand Bangkok. The undersigned Civil Engineer confirms that all services described herein shall be executed in accordance with the highest standards of professional engineering practice as recognized by the Thai Council of Engineers.
