This Quotation Estimate is formally issued to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Civil Engineer to deliver structural design, site supervision, and compliance verification services for the Kızılay District Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project located in Turkey Ankara. Payment for the Civil Engineer services detailed in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following milestone-based schedule: an initial mobilization payment of 15% upon contract execution; 25% upon delivery and approval of the structural design package; 40% distributed in equal bi-weekly installments during the construction supervision phase; and the remaining 20% upon final acceptance of the as-built documentation and issuance of the compliance certificate by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Civil Engineer within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice submission.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client require a revision or extension of this Quotation Estimate, written notice must be provided prior to the expiration date. The Civil Engineer reserves the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work is materially altered beyond a 10% variance from the originally defined scope. All intellectual property rights in the design documents, calculations, and reports produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Civil Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of TRY 5,000,000 for the duration of the project in Turkey Ankara.

Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences. All references to Turkey Ankara pertain specifically to the Kızılay District project site and associated municipal regulatory jurisdiction.
