1. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for extension beyond this period will be subject to re-evaluation of material and labour costs prevailing in Turkey Istanbul at that time.
- All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are inclusive of the Civil Engineer's professional fees, software licensing, travel within Istanbul metropolitan area, and standard office overheads. Costs for travel outside Istanbul or for additional site visits beyond the stipulated frequency shall be billed separately at a rate of 1,200 TRY per day.
- The Civil Engineer shall hold a valid professional licence (Mühendislik Meslek Odası registration) issued by the Chamber of Civil Engineers of Istanbul (İMO) and shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 TRY throughout the duration of the engagement.
- Payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the statutory rate determined by the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK).
- Any design changes or scope modifications requested by the client after the initial design approval shall be treated as a variation and will be subject to a separate supplementary Quotation Estimate prior to execution.
- This project is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
- The Civil Engineer shall comply with all applicable environmental, occupational health and safety (İSG), and municipal regulations in force in Istanbul at the time of execution.
