The Civil Engineer engagement under this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following professional deliverables and on-site activities within the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi jurisdiction:
- Structural Design & Analysis: Full structural design of a four-storey commercial building including reinforced concrete frame, foundation design (pile and raft), and load calculations compliant with UAE Building Code and Abu Dhabi Municipality structural regulations.

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment milestones, payable within 14 working days of invoice issuance by the Civil Engineer consultancy firm:
- Advance Payment (25%): AED 222,206.25 — Upon execution of the service agreement and receipt of this Quotation Estimate acceptance.
- Design Completion (30%): AED 266,647.50 — Upon submission and municipal approval of all structural drawings and specifications.
- Construction Phase (35%): AED 311,088.75 — Payable in three equal monthly instalments during the 180-day on-site supervision period.
- Final Settlement (10%): AED 88,882.50 — Upon completion of all deliverables, final as-built documentation, and issuance of the occupancy permit by Abu Dhabi Municipality.
5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
5.2. The Civil Engineer services described herein are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific municipal regulations of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the Abu Dhabi Centre for Amicable Settlement of Disputes.
5.3. The client acknowledges that the Civil Engineer shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party contractors, force majeure events, or regulatory hold-ups beyond the engineer's reasonable control.
5.4. All intellectual property, design documents, and engineering calculations produced under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the exclusive property of Al Noor Engineering Consultants LLC until full payment is received.
5.5. The Civil Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 5,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the project in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi.
5.6. Any variation in scope beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary estimate and written approval from both parties prior to commencement of additional work.
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for Civil Engineer services in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi and authorizes Al Noor Engineering Consultants LLC to proceed with the engagement as described herein.
