This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment milestones tied to project deliverables. All payments are due within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice issuance. The Civil Engineer services will be invoiced in accordance with the following schedule: 15% upon execution of the contract, 25% upon completion of geotechnical and hydraulic modeling phases, 30% upon approval of structural design documents by the San Francisco Department of Public Works, 20% upon completion of construction-phase QA services, and 10% upon delivery of final as-built documentation.
