This Quotation Estimate is prepared by Tashkent Engineering & Infrastructure Solutions LLP in response to the formal request from the Uzbekistan State Construction Authority for the engagement of a qualified Civil Engineer to oversee structural design, site supervision, and compliance verification for the Yunusobod District Residential Complex project located in Uzbekistan Tashkent. The scope encompasses all phases from preliminary design review through to final handover inspection, in full accordance with the national building codes of the Republic of Uzbekistan (SNiP standards) and the municipal regulations of Tashkent City.
The appointed Civil Engineer shall hold a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in structural and geotechnical engineering, possess a valid license issued by the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and demonstrate prior project delivery within the Uzbekistan Tashkent metropolitan area. All engineering deliverables shall be produced in both Russian and Uzbek languages to satisfy local regulatory and stakeholder requirements.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for extension must be submitted in writing to the undersigned office in Tashkent.
- All prices are quoted in Uzbek Som (UZS) and are inclusive of the Civil Engineer's professional fees, travel within Tashkent city limits, and standard engineering software licenses. International travel is excluded and will be billed at cost if required.
- The Civil Engineer shall comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Construction Code, the Law on State Construction Supervision, and the municipal building regulations of Tashkent City.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Uzbek commercial law.
- Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the total contract value shall require a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
- The Civil Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 500,000,000 UZS throughout the project duration in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration at the International Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, seated in Tashkent.
- Confidentiality: All project data, drawings, and site information remain the exclusive property of the Client. The Civil Engineer shall not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without written consent.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to seismic activity, government-mandated shutdowns, or natural disasters affecting the Tashkent region, shall suspend obligations without penalty for a period not exceeding 90 days.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding offer for the provision of Civil Engineer services for the specified project in Uzbekistan Tashkent, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
