1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in labour market rates in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
2. All Civil Engineer personnel assigned to this project shall hold valid Vietnamese professional practice licences and relevant certifications (Grade 1 or Grade 2 Civil Engineer certification as issued by the Ministry of Construction, Vietnam).
3. The Civil Engineer team shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites in Ho Chi Minh City, including Decree 44/2016/ND-CP and subsequent amendments.
4. Any change in scope, additional storeys, or modification to the original design brief in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days of the change request.
5. Intellectual property of all design documents, BIM models, and engineering calculations produced by the Civil Engineer team shall transfer to the Client upon full payment of all invoices.
6. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City in accordance with the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
8. All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are inclusive of the Civil Engineer team's professional fees, but exclusive of third-party laboratory testing costs, government permit fees, and any applicable withholding tax for foreign entities.
