The Computer Engineer engagement encompasses the following deliverables, all tailored to the operational requirements of the client's manufacturing and logistics operations in Argentina Córdoba:

The client is advised to confirm acceptance in writing within the validity window to secure the quoted rates.

1. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by their respective legal representatives.
2. All intellectual property rights in the custom software developed under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Computer Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
3. The provider shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ARS 50,000,000, valid throughout the project duration in Argentina Córdoba.
4. Any scope modifications exceeding 10% of the original budget must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties before execution.
