Scope of ServicesThe Computer Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will provide the following professional services to the client's Brisbane-based operations. The engineer will operate primarily from the client's premises at 88 Creek Street, Brisbane, with remote support available as required. All work will comply with Australian Standards (AS/NZS), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and applicable Queensland state regulations governing information technology infrastructure.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Australia Brisbane.
- All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Computer Engineer's professional time, travel within the Greater Brisbane metropolitan area, and standard tooling. Travel to sites outside Brisbane (beyond 50 km radius) will be billed at $0.85/km plus applicable tolls.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the network infrastructure and cloud migration phases, and the remaining 30% upon final project sign-off. Monthly retainer payments are due on the 1st of each month, payable within fourteen (14) days.
- The Computer Engineer engaged under this agreement will operate as a contractor of Apex Digital Solutions Pty Ltd. The engineer is not an employee of the client. All work products, documentation, and intellectual property created during the engagement will become the property of the client upon full payment.
- Confidentiality: The Computer Engineer and Apex Digital Solutions Pty Ltd agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, systems, and business information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Information Privacy Act 2000 (Qld).
- Liability: Apex Digital Solutions Pty Ltd's total liability under this Quotation Estimate shall not exceed the total value of the contract. The company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the services rendered in Australia Brisbane.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters (cyclones, floods common to Queensland), government-mandated shutdowns, or pandemics.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Brisbane, Queensland, in accordance with the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) procedures before any litigation is commenced.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance may be provided via signed copy of this document or a written email confirmation referencing Quotation No. QTE-2025-BNE-0847.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Computer Engineer to deliver the services described herein at the client's facilities in Australia Brisbane. The terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this document are agreed upon in full.
