1. The Computer Engineer will be based in the Australia Sydney region and will provide on-site and remote support as required by the client's operational needs.

3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the proposed Computer Engineer may be subject to revision.
3.2 The Computer Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all applicable Australian Standards (AS/NZS), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as relevant to the Australia Sydney jurisdiction.
3.3 Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone, and 30% upon final delivery and client sign-off. All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of issue.
3.4 Any additional services or scope changes beyond the original Quotation Estimate will be subject to a written variation order signed by both parties. The Computer Engineer will provide a supplementary estimate prior to commencing any out-of-scope work.
3.5 The Computer Engineer shall maintain a minimum of $20,000,000 in Professional Indemnity Insurance and $10,000,000 in Public Liability Insurance throughout the engagement period in Australia Sydney.
3.6 All intellectual property, documentation, and deliverables produced by the Computer Engineer during the course of this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.
3.7 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia Sydney.
3.8 The Computer Engineer reserves the right to withdraw from this Quotation Estimate if the client fails to provide reasonable access to work sites, systems, or documentation within the Australia Sydney region as required for the execution of the scoped services.
