- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon signing the service agreement, 40% upon completion of infrastructure deployment, and 20% upon final handover and acceptance by the client.
- All payments shall be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bank transfer to the account of TechnoBridge Solutions Ltd., Sonali Bank, Banani Branch, Bangladesh Dhaka.
- The Computer Engineer shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including the ICT Act 2006 and data protection guidelines issued by the Bangladesh Computer Council.
- Any additional services or scope changes beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by both parties.
- The Computer Engineer shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, system credentials, and proprietary information encountered during the engagement in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Warranty: All hardware components carry a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty. Software configurations and network setups carry a 6-month service warranty from the date of final acceptance.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control, as commonly experienced in the Bangladesh Dhaka region.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties with authorized signatures.
