- Development of firmware updates for 200+ microcontroller units (MCUs) using C/C++ and RTOS environments.
- Performance optimization and load testing of the existing server cluster hosted at the client's data centre in Richmond, BC.
- Creation of comprehensive technical documentation, including system diagrams, API specifications, and maintenance manuals.
- On-site troubleshooting and hardware diagnostics at the client's premises in downtown Vancouver, BC.
- Collaboration with the client's internal IT team for knowledge transfer and system handover.

The Computer Engineer engagement is projected to span a total of ten (10) weeks, commencing on July 1, 2025, and concluding on September 12, 2025. All on-site work will be conducted at the client's offices in Vancouver, BC, during standard business hours (08:30 – 17:00, Monday through Friday). Milestone deliverables will be submitted bi-weekly for client review and approval.
Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% Deposit: Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate (approximately $14,095.20 CAD).
- 40% Progress Payment: Due upon completion of Week 5 milestone deliverables (approximately $18,793.60 CAD).
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon project completion and final acceptance (approximately $14,095.20 CAD).
All payments are to be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD) via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the account designated by Northwest Digital Solutions Inc. Invoices will be issued in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) invoicing requirements.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, rates and availability of the Computer Engineer may be subject to revision.
- All services will be performed in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation (OHSR) of British Columbia and applicable federal regulations in Canada.
- The Computer Engineer shall adhere to the client's confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements (NDA) throughout the engagement period.
- Any work beyond the scope defined in Section 2 will be subject to a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and additional charges at the prevailing hourly rate.
- Northwest Digital Solutions Inc. carries professional liability insurance of $5,000,000 CAD, valid throughout the Canada Vancouver region and the Province of British Columbia.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon signature, it becomes a binding service agreement governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Vancouver, BC, in accordance with the BC Commercial Arbitration Act.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Computer Engineer services in Canada Vancouver and authorizes Northwest Digital Solutions Inc. to proceed with the engagement as described herein.
