The Computer Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services to the client's facilities located throughout China Beijing:

• Design and implementation of enterprise-grade network infrastructure across three primary office locations in Beijing.
• System architecture planning for a distributed computing environment supporting up to 2,000 concurrent users.
• Security audit and penetration testing of existing IT systems in compliance with China's Cybersecurity Law and Data Security Law.
• Cloud migration strategy and execution for hybrid cloud deployment (Alibaba Cloud and Huawei Cloud integration).
• Disaster recovery and business continuity planning tailored to the operational requirements of the China Beijing region.
• Ongoing technical support, system monitoring, and performance optimization for a period of twelve (12) months.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following milestone-based schedule. All payments are to be transferred via bank wire to the designated account of TechBridge Engineering Solutions (Beijing) Ltd. in China Beijing:

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in China Beijing.
• The Computer Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with no fewer than eight (8) years of professional experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.
• All work shall be performed in compliance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Cybersecurity Law of the PRC (2017), the Data Security Law (2021), and the Personal Information Protection Law (2021).
• Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, methodologies, and frameworks remain the property of the provider.
• Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
