The Computer Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables within the premises and operational zones of the client in Egypt Alexandria:

• Conduct a full audit of the existing server room infrastructure, including hardware inventory, firmware versions, and cooling system efficiency.
• Design and implement a redundant network topology to eliminate single points of failure across the port's operational zones in Egypt Alexandria.
• Perform a comprehensive cybersecurity penetration test and vulnerability assessment on all internal and external-facing systems.
• Develop and document a disaster recovery plan compliant with Egyptian National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) regulations.
• Provide on-site technical supervision during the migration of legacy SCADA systems to modern industrial IoT platforms.
• Deliver a final technical report and a 90-day post-implementation support window.
• Conduct two (2) training sessions for the client's internal IT staff on network management best practices.

4.1 – A mobilization advance of 30% (EGP 169,581) shall be due within ten (10) business days of the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.

4.2 – A progress payment of 40% (EGP 226,108) shall be due upon completion of the network security audit and infrastructure redesign phases, subject to the Computer Engineer's signed milestone report.

4.3 – The remaining balance of 30% (EGP 169,580) shall be due within fifteen (15) business days following the successful completion of the 90-day post-implementation support window and delivery of the final technical report.

4.4 – All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Nile Delta Technologies & Solutions S.A.E. at CIB, Smouha Branch, Egypt Alexandria. Late payments shall accrue interest at the Central Bank of Egypt's prevailing rate plus 2% per annum.

5.1 – This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Egypt Alexandria.

5.2 – The Computer Engineer assigned to this project holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, and possesses a minimum of twelve (12) years of professional experience in enterprise network infrastructure and industrial cybersecurity.

5.3 – The client agrees to provide the Computer Engineer with safe access to all relevant server rooms, network closets, and operational control centers within the Egypt Alexandria port premises during standard working hours (08:00–17:00, Sunday to Thursday).

5.4 – Any scope changes, additional deliverables, or extended timelines requested by the client after the initial acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change-order process and a supplementary quotation.

5.5 – All intellectual property, documentation, and deliverables produced by the Computer Engineer under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full and final payment.

5.6 – This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through the competent courts of Egypt Alexandria.
