- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing for Computer Engineer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Egypt Cairo.
- All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of the Computer Engineer's professional fees, travel within Cairo metropolitan area, and standard tools. Any travel outside Cairo Governorate will be billed separately at EGP 350 per kilometer.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon signing the service agreement, 40% upon completion of installation and testing phases, and 20% upon final acceptance and handover of documentation. Payments are due within 15 business days of invoice date.
- The Computer Engineer team will adhere to all applicable Egyptian regulations, including those issued by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) and the Egyptian Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) when handling client data in Egypt Cairo.
- Project timeline: The entire scope of work is estimated to be completed within 45 working days from the date of contract execution, subject to client availability of premises and timely provision of access credentials in Egypt Cairo.
- Warranty: All Computer Engineer workmanship is covered under a 12-month warranty from the date of final acceptance. Hardware warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.
