This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechSolutions Ingénierie SARL to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Computer Engineer to support Meridian Digital Group SAS in the execution of its enterprise IT infrastructure modernisation programme. The Computer Engineer will be based in France Paris and will operate on-site at the client's headquarters during the agreed engagement period. The scope encompasses system architecture design, network infrastructure deployment, cybersecurity hardening, software integration, and ongoing technical support as detailed below.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the France Paris technology labour market.
All rates quoted are for a qualified Computer Engineer with a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in enterprise systems, holding relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, CISSP, PMP) and fluent in both French and English to operate effectively within the France Paris business environment.
Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the infrastructure deployment phase, and 30% upon final delivery and sign-off. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
The Computer Engineer shall comply with all applicable French labour regulations, data protection laws (RGPD), and the client's internal security policies while working on premises in France Paris.
Any additional services, scope changes, or extensions beyond the originally agreed engagement period will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by TechSolutions Ingénierie SARL and must be approved in writing by the client prior to commencement.

Intellectual property developed specifically for the client during the engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, methodologies, and frameworks of the Computer Engineer or TechSolutions Ingénierie SARL remain the property of the respective owners.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris, France Paris.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein for the engagement of the Computer Engineer in France Paris.
