- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Computer Engineer must be reconfirmed in writing.
- All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and are subject to the standard 19% German Value Added Tax (Mehrwertsteuer) as applicable in Germany Frankfurt.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this estimate, 40% upon completion of the installation and integration phase, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all deliverables.
- Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate under German commercial law (HGB § 288).
- The Computer Engineer assigned to this project shall be Dr. Markus Weber or an equivalently qualified substitute approved in writing by the client. All personnel will hold valid professional certifications recognized in Germany.

- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated shutdowns in the Frankfurt region, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
This estimate assumes that the client will provide adequate workspace, electrical supply, and network access at the project site in Germany Frankfurt. Costs for third-party software licenses, specialized hardware not listed in Item 03, and any scope changes requested by the client beyond the originally defined parameters are excluded and will be subject to a supplementary quotation.
