The Computer Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables within the Ghana Accra operational area:

• Network Infrastructure: Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networking equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points across all client sites in the Accra Metropolitan Region.
• Server Administration: Provision, manage, and monitor physical and virtual servers (Windows Server, Linux distributions) to ensure 99.5% uptime for critical business applications.
• Database Engineering: Design, optimize, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases, including regular backup strategies and disaster recovery planning specific to the Ghana Accra data centre environment.
• Application Development: Develop custom web and mobile applications using modern frameworks, ensuring compatibility with local connectivity conditions prevalent in Ghana Accra.
• Cybersecurity Implementation: Conduct vulnerability assessments, implement intrusion detection systems, and establish security protocols compliant with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
• Technical Training: Deliver hands-on training sessions for the client's IT staff and end-users on system administration, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of TechNova Engineering Solutions Ltd. at the designated bank branch in Ghana Accra. Invoices will be issued in accordance with the requirements of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA).

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect market conditions in Ghana Accra.
2. The Computer Engineer assigned to this project shall be a certified professional with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in systems engineering, software development, and network administration.
3. All work shall be performed in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), the Cybersecurity Act, 2020 (Act 1038), and applicable regulations of the National Communications Authority (NCA) of Ghana.
4. The client agrees to provide the Computer Engineer with reasonable access to all relevant facilities, documentation, and personnel at the project site in Ghana Accra during agreed working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with Saturday availability by arrangement).
5. Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order and additional cost assessment.
6. Intellectual property rights for all custom software and documentation developed under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to arbitration in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2099 (Act 599).
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received.
