This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechnoCore Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a registered technology services firm headquartered in India Bangalore, in response to the formal request for proposal (RFP) submitted by Meridian Digital Systems LLP. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized financial estimate for the engagement of a qualified Computer Engineer to support the client's ongoing software infrastructure modernization project. All pricing, terms, and conditions outlined in this Quotation Estimate are specific to the scope of work described herein and are valid only for the period stated above.

The Computer Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities at the client's premises in India Bangalore:

Design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade software applications using modern programming frameworks (Java, Python, C++, and cloud-native technologies).
System architecture planning, code review, and performance optimization for existing legacy systems.
Hardware-software integration, network configuration, and server infrastructure management.
Database administration, including schema design, query optimization, and data migration strategies.
Provision of technical documentation, user manuals, and training sessions for end-user staff.
On-call support and troubleshooting during critical system outages, with a guaranteed response time of four (4) hours.
Monthly progress reporting to the client's project management office located in India Bangalore.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following installments, payable within fifteen (15) days of invoice issuance:

Advance Payment (30%): ₹18,73,014 – due upon signing of the service agreement.
Quarterly Milestone Payments (20% each): ₹12,48,676 per quarter – due at the end of each calendar quarter.
Final Settlement (10%): ₹6,24,338 – due upon successful project handover and acceptance certificate.

All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of TechnoCore Solutions Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank, Whitefield Branch, India Bangalore. Cheques shall be drawn in favour of "TechnoCore Solutions Pvt. Ltd."

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised due to market fluctuations in India Bangalore and changes in statutory compliance costs.
The Computer Engineer and associated team members shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement, ensuring that all work product, code, and documentation developed under this engagement remains the exclusive property of the client.
Any change in scope of work beyond the parameters described in Section 2 shall require a written Change Order signed by both parties, and a supplementary Quotation Estimate shall be issued for the additional costs.
TechnoCore Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to replace the assigned Computer Engineer with a candidate of equivalent or superior qualification, subject to the client's written approval, in the event of resignation, medical leave, or performance concerns.
All services shall be performed in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and applicable data protection regulations in force in India Bangalore and the state of Karnataka.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration in Bangalore, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be India Bangalore.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by authorized signatories of both parties.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined for the engagement of the Computer Engineer team in India Bangalore.
