The Computer Engineer proposed under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline from a recognized institution in India (such as IIT, NIT, or a UGC-approved university). The candidate shall hold a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive professional experience in enterprise IT environments, with at least three (3) years of experience specifically in the India New Delhi technology sector.
