Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing for the Computer Engineer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon mid-project milestone completion, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account at Bank Mandiri, Jakarta branch.
- The Computer Engineer engagement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- All intellectual property developed by the Computer Engineer during the course of this engagement shall be the sole property of PT. Artha Teknologi Mandiri upon full payment.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, system architectures, and business data encountered during the Computer Engineer engagement in Indonesia Jakarta.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) will be executed prior to the commencement of work.
- Any changes in scope beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order and may result in additional charges for the Computer Engineer services.
- The Computer Engineer is required to comply with all data protection regulations under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27 Tahun 2022).
