2. Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account of TechNova Engineering Solutions S.r.l. in Milan, Italy. A 30% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly installments aligned with the project milestones. 5. Validity and AcceptanceThis Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon written acceptance by the client, this document shall constitute a binding agreement for the engagement of the Computer Engineer and associated services in Italy Milan. Any modifications to scope, timeline, or deliverables must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties.
