Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% advance payment (€ 21,392.70) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of work.
- 40% milestone payment (€ 28,523.60) due upon completion of system installation, software deployment, and cybersecurity implementation.
- 30% final payment (€ 21,392.70) due upon project sign-off and delivery of all documentation, source code, and as-built drawings.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).
The Computer Engineer team based in Italy Naples estimates a total project duration of approximately fourteen (14) weeks from the date of contract execution, inclusive of all phases from initial survey through to the commencement of the twelve-month support period. A detailed Gantt chart and weekly progress reporting schedule will be provided within five (5) business days of contract signing.
6.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, currency changes, or regulatory updates within Italy.
6.2 The Computer Engineer and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable Italian labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008), and professional codes of conduct established by the Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Napoli.
6.3 All intellectual property rights pertaining to custom software developed under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Computer Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent from the client.
6.4 Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate will require a formal change order, signed by both parties, with corresponding adjustments to cost and timeline.
6.5 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation in Naples, Italy, in accordance with the provisions of the Italian Civil Code. Jurisdiction is exclusively vested in the courts of Naples.
