3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may result in revised pricing due to fluctuating costs in Japan Osaka.
3.2 Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon commencement of the Computer Engineer's active deployment in Japan Osaka, and the remaining 30% upon successful completion of the twelve-month engagement.
3.3 The Computer Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with no fewer than five (5) years of professional experience in enterprise systems architecture and network engineering.
3.4 All work performed by the Computer Engineer in Japan Osaka shall comply with Japanese labor laws, data protection regulations (APPI), and the client's internal security protocols.
3.5 Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will require a formal change order and may result in additional charges.
3.6 The client agrees to provide a suitable workspace and access to all necessary systems for the Computer Engineer at the designated office location in Japan Osaka.
3.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement referencing this document.
