1. Introduction and Scope of Work
This Quotation Estimate is issued by KenyaTech Solutions Ltd. in response to the formal request for professional services from East Africa Digital Infrastructure Co. Ltd. The scope of this engagement centres on the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of a dedicated Computer Engineer to support the client's expanding data centre operations and enterprise network infrastructure located in Kenya Nairobi. The Computer Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and optimal performance of all hardware and software systems across the client's premises in the Nairobi metropolitan area.
The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate reflect industry-standard practices aligned with the Kenya Information and Communications Authority (KICA) regulatory framework and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO/IEC 27001) information security management standards. All work will be carried out in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, and applicable labour regulations governed by the National Treasury and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection in Nairobi.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Kenya Nairobi technology sector.
- Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be paid in equal monthly instalments over the twelve-month engagement period. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to KenyaTech Solutions Ltd.'s MCB Bank account in Nairobi.
- Commencement: The Computer Engineer shall commence duties within five (5) business days of receipt of the advance payment and execution of the service agreement.
- Working Hours: The Computer Engineer will operate on a standard 40-hour work week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, East Africa Time) with availability for emergency after-hours support as per the agreed SLA.
- Confidentiality: The Computer Engineer and all KenyaTech Solutions personnel shall adhere to strict non-disclosure obligations regarding the client's proprietary data, network architecture, and business operations in Kenya Nairobi.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- Warranty and Support: All hardware configurations and software deployments performed by the Computer Engineer carry a ninety (90) day warranty period from the date of commissioning.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995.
4. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Computer Engineer services in Kenya Nairobi.
