This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechNova Solutions Sdn. Bhd. to Meridian Financial Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. for the provision of a dedicated Computer Engineer to support the enterprise IT infrastructure overhaul project located in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The Computer Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of the client's server architecture, network systems, cybersecurity protocols, and cloud migration infrastructure. All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in strict compliance with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) regulations and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) applicable in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the infrastructure implementation phase, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all deliverables.
- The Computer Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science from a recognized Malaysian university (e.g., UTM, USM, UPM) or an equivalent international qualification, and possess at least eight (8) years of relevant industry experience.
- All work performed by the Computer Engineer shall adhere to the Malaysian Standard MS 1400:2018 for IT service management and the applicable building and electrical codes enforced by the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional costs will be quoted separately.
- The Computer Engineer shall maintain full confidentiality of all proprietary data, financial records, and system credentials belonging to the client, in accordance with the PDPA 2010 and the terms of a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Warranty: A twelve (12) month warranty is provided on all hardware installations and software configurations performed by the Computer Engineer in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. Warranty does not cover damage caused by force majeure, unauthorized modifications, or user error.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final contractual negotiation.
- Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur under the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
