- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Mexico Mexico City.
- All prices are quoted in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and are inclusive of the Computer Engineer's professional fees, travel within Mexico Mexico City, and standard tools. Third-party software licenses and hardware procurement are excluded unless explicitly stated.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of the infrastructure audit and network redesign, 20% upon successful software deployment, and 10% upon final acceptance. Monthly retainer payments are due on the first business day of each month.
- The Computer Engineer shall comply with all applicable Mexican labor laws, data protection regulations (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), and industry standards.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of TechNova Solutions.

- Warranty: The Computer Engineer guarantees a defect-free period of ninety (90) days for all software deliverables and sixty (60) days for network configurations. Warranty service will be provided at no additional cost within Mexico Mexico City.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, system architectures, and business data exchanged during the engagement.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting Mexico Mexico City.
