3. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised quotation.
All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include the standard 20% Value Added Tax (TVA) applicable in Morocco. No additional customs or import duties are included unless otherwise specified.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of deployment, and 20% upon final acceptance and handover of documentation.
The Computer Engineer services described herein are to be performed at the client's designated site in Morocco Casablanca or at such other location within the Casablanca-Settat region as mutually agreed in writing.
Atlas Digital Solutions SARL shall provide a dedicated Computer Engineer project manager who will serve as the single point of contact throughout the duration of the engagement.
Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties. Additional costs arising from scope changes will be itemized in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
The warranty period for all hardware and software configurations is twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in workmanship and configuration errors attributable to the Computer Engineer team.
Confidentiality: All data, systems, and proprietary information encountered during the execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Moroccan data protection law (Law 09-08).
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably. Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by Atlas Digital Solutions SARL.
