1. Purpose of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Yangon Tech Solutions Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Computer Engineer to deliver specialized technical services within the Myanmar Yangon metropolitan area. This document serves as a binding financial proposal outlining the scope of work, professional fees, applicable taxes, and all associated costs for the requested Computer Engineer services. The estimate has been prepared in full compliance with the Myanmar Investment Law and the prevailing labor regulations applicable to the Yangon Region.
2. Scope of Work – Computer Engineer ServicesThe Computer Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities within the Myanmar Yangon operational area:
- Design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade software systems and network infrastructure tailored to the client's operational requirements in Yangon.
- Comprehensive system architecture planning, including server configuration, cloud migration strategies, and cybersecurity protocol implementation for facilities located in the Yangon Region.
- On-site technical support, hardware diagnostics, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure at the client's premises in Myanmar Yangon.
- Database administration, performance optimization, and disaster recovery planning for critical business applications.
- Regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance reporting in accordance with Myanmar's data protection guidelines.
- Training and capacity building for the client's internal IT staff based in Yangon.
- Preparation of detailed technical documentation, project reports, and progress updates on a bi-weekly basis.

4. Terms and Conditions- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
- Payment Terms: A 30% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this quotation. The remaining 70% shall be paid in equal monthly installments over the twelve-month engagement period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Yangon Tech Solutions Co., Ltd.
- Commencement: The Computer Engineer shall commence duties within seven (7) business days of receiving the advance payment and signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Working Hours: Standard working hours shall be 09:00 to 17:30, Monday through Friday, in accordance with Myanmar labor regulations. Overtime work, if required, shall be compensated at 1.5x the hourly rate and must be pre-approved in writing by the client.
- Confidentiality: The Computer Engineer shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary data, systems, and business information encountered during the engagement in Myanmar Yangon.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
- Warranty: All software configurations, network installations, and system deployments performed by the Computer Engineer carry a ninety (90) day defect liability period from the date of final acceptance.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon under the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Computer Engineer in Myanmar Yangon. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding agreement for the services described herein.
