The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be payable in the following installments:
- Advance Payment (30%): NPR 1,258,504 – Due upon signing of the service agreement.
- Quarterly Installments (17.5% each): NPR 734,127 – Payable at the end of each calendar quarter (March, June, September, December).
- Final Settlement (5%): NPR 209,751 – Payable upon successful completion of the 12-month contract period and final handover.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of TechnoEdge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. at Nabil Bank, Kathmandu Branch. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Nepal's tax regulations and will include the applicable VAT number.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
- The Computer Engineer shall adhere to all applicable labor laws of Nepal, including the Labor Act 2074 (2017) and the Social Security Fund Act 2074 (2017).
- Confidentiality: The Computer Engineer shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. All client data, source code, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of the client.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unutilized fees will be processed within fifteen (15) business days.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters (including earthquakes common in the Nepal Kathmandu region), government mandates, or other events beyond reasonable control.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2055 (1999).
- All work performed by the Computer Engineer shall be subject to quality assurance reviews conducted by the client's IT Director at the end of each month.
