- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised quotation will be required to reflect any changes in the Auckland labour market or component pricing.
- All rates quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the Computer Engineer's professional fees, standard tools, and software licences required for the engagement. Any specialist hardware not listed in Item 05 will be quoted separately.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the network migration phase, and 30% upon final sign-off. The 12-month support retainer (Item 07) will be invoiced monthly in arrears.
- The Computer Engineer will adhere to all applicable New Zealand employment and health-and-safety legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, while on the client's premises in Auckland.
- All data processed during the engagement will remain within New Zealand borders in compliance with the Privacy Act 2020 and any sector-specific data residency requirements applicable to the Auckland region.
- Any variation to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties before additional work commences. Variations exceeding 10% of the total Quotation Estimate value will require a formal change order.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies of the Computer Engineer remain the property of Apex Computer Engineering Solutions Ltd.
