Hardware Procurement & Installation: Selection, procurement, and on-site installation of server hardware, storage arrays, and networking equipment at the client's premises in the Wellington CBD or Hutt Valley region.
Software Development & Integration: Custom software development, API integration, and legacy system migration to ensure seamless interoperability across the client's existing digital ecosystem.
Network Security Audit: Comprehensive penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and implementation of a multi-layered cybersecurity framework compliant with New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020 and the Information Security Manual (ISM).
Performance Optimisation: Benchmarking, load testing, and tuning of the deployed systems to meet the performance service-level agreements (SLAs) specified in the project charter.
Training & Knowledge Transfer: Two (2) full-day on-site training sessions for the client's internal IT staff, conducted at the client's offices in New Zealand Wellington.

The Computer Engineer engagement is anticipated to commence within ten (10) business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The full project delivery, including all on-site work in New Zealand Wellington, is estimated to be completed within fourteen (14) weeks from the commencement date. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided as a separate annexure upon contract execution.

5.1 Payment Terms: Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice date. A 30% deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Computer Engineer's availability. The remaining balance shall be invoiced in monthly progress payments aligned with project milestones.

5.2 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to revision upon expiry.

5.3 Exclusions: This estimate does not include the cost of third-party software licences, hardware procurement (unless explicitly stated), or any works outside the defined scope. Any additional services requested by the client will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.

5.4 Confidentiality: The Computer Engineer and Wellington IT Solutions Ltd shall maintain strict confidentiality over all client data, system credentials, and proprietary information encountered during the engagement in New Zealand Wellington.

5.5 Liability & Insurance: Wellington IT Solutions Ltd maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance of NZD 5,000,000 and Public Liability Insurance of NZD 10,000,000, compliant with New Zealand regulatory requirements.

5.6 Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Disputes Tribunal or the District Court of Wellington.
