The Computer Engineer team assigned to this project will operate primarily from our headquarters in Victoria Island, Nigeria Lagos, with regular site visits to all five (5) designated government office locations. The lead Computer Engineer, Mr. Adewale Okafor, holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Lagos and possesses over fourteen (14) years of professional experience in enterprise IT infrastructure within the Nigerian market. The team will ensure full compliance with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) standards and the Lagos State Digital Government Policy.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to market fluctuations in hardware and software costs within Nigeria Lagos.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of infrastructure deployment, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover. Monthly retainer fees for ongoing support are payable in arrears by the 5th of each month.
- All costs are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of logistics, travel within Lagos Metropolitan Area, and standard professional fees. Any work outside the Lagos State boundary will be quoted separately.
- The Computer Engineer services are subject to a Service Level Agreement (SLA) guaranteeing 99.5% system uptime during the maintenance period. Response time for critical issues shall not exceed four (4) hours.
- Warranty: All hardware components procured under this contract carry a minimum of twelve (12) months manufacturer warranty. Software support is included for the duration of the retainer period.
- Confidentiality: All data, system credentials, and proprietary information encountered during the execution of this project shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
