This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechNova Engineering Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. for the provision of a qualified Computer Engineer to be deployed at the client's facility in Pakistan Islamabad. The Computer Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the client's enterprise IT infrastructure, including server systems, network architecture, cybersecurity protocols, and software development support. The scope of engagement covers a period of twelve (12) months commencing from the date of contract execution.
The Computer Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science from a recognized university in Pakistan or an internationally accredited institution, with a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive professional experience in enterprise-level IT environments. The engineer will operate full-time (40 hours per week) at the designated site in Islamabad, Pakistan, and will report directly to the client's IT Director.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Computer Engineer shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) guidelines and the National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) data protection protocols.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months, and 30% upon successful project handover and final acceptance. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by TechNova Engineering Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd.
- The Computer Engineer is bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary data, system architectures, and operational procedures encountered during the engagement in Islamabad, Pakistan.
- Any scope changes, additional deliverables, or extended timelines must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before implementation. Revised costs will be reflected in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Warranty: A six-month post-engagement warranty is included for all configurations, code, and infrastructure designs delivered by the Computer Engineer during the contract period.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
