This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by TechNova Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., a registered technology services firm operating out of Pakistan Karachi, in response to the written request received from Al-Madina Industrial Group (Pvt.) Ltd. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized, and transparent financial estimate for the professional engagement of a qualified Computer Engineer who will be responsible for the complete IT infrastructure overhaul, network modernization, and ongoing technical support at the client's primary facility located in Pakistan Karachi. All figures presented in this Quotation Estimate are based on current market rates prevailing in the Pakistan Karachi technology sector as of June 2025 and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
The Computer Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables at the client's premises in Pakistan Karachi:
- Complete audit and documentation of the existing IT infrastructure, including server rooms, structured cabling, network switches, firewalls, and endpoint devices across all three floors of the client's Pakistan Karachi headquarters.
- Design and implementation of a redundant, high-availability network topology incorporating dual WAN links (PTCL and StormFiber) with automatic failover capabilities.
- Procurement, installation, and configuration of enterprise-grade hardware including but not limited to: 2x Dell PowerEdge R750 servers, 4x Cisco Catalyst 9300 switches, 1x Fortinet FortiGate 200F firewall, and 120x HP ProDesk 400 G9 workstations.
- Deployment of a centralized Active Directory domain, Group Policy management, and role-based access control system for all 350+ employees.
- Implementation of a 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring solution using PRTG Network Monitor with SMS and email alerting.
- Development of a comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plan tailored to the operational requirements of the client's manufacturing and distribution operations in Pakistan Karachi.

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment milestones, all to be processed via bank transfer to the designated account of TechNova Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. in Pakistan Karachi:
- Advance (40%): PKR 23,870,928 – Due upon signing of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Mid-Project (30%): PKR 17,903,196 – Due upon completion of hardware installation and network commissioning.
- Final (30%): PKR 17,903,196 – Due upon successful completion of the 12-month support period and final handover of all documentation.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates, particularly those related to hardware procurement and the Computer Engineer professional retainer, are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
5.2 The Computer Engineer and associated IT staff engaged under this estimate shall be employees of TechNova Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. and not of the client. The client shall provide a dedicated workspace, power supply, and internet access at the Pakistan Karachi site.
5.3 All hardware items listed in this Quotation Estimate carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. TechNova Solutions shall act as the authorized local service provider for warranty claims within Pakistan Karachi.
5.4 Any change in scope beyond the items described in Section 2 shall require a written change order signed by both parties and will be billed as a separate addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
5.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) is executed by both parties. All disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan Karachi.
5.6 The client acknowledges that the Computer Engineer will have access to sensitive corporate data and agrees to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be signed concurrently with the SLA.
By signing below, the client confirms that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed, all terms are understood and accepted, and the engagement of the Computer Engineer and associated services in Pakistan Karachi is hereby authorized.
