4.2 All intellectual property rights associated with custom software developed under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Computer Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent from the client.
4.3 The Computer Engineer shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations applicable in Peru Lima, including those enforced by the Superintendencia Nacional de Seguridad Laboral (SUNAFIL). The client is responsible for providing a safe working environment for on-site activities in Lima.
4.4 Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Lima region, government-mandated shutdowns, or infrastructure failures in Peru Lima, shall suspend project timelines without penalty to either party.
4.5 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Lima, Peru, in accordance with the Peruvian Arbitration Law (Ley Nº 26572). The governing law for this Quotation Estimate is the Republic of Peru.
4.6 The Computer Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of S/ 500,000.00 for the duration of the engagement in Peru Lima.
