4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Computer Engineer service rates and associated costs may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Qatar Doha.
4.2 Payment Terms: A 30% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be payable in monthly installments aligned with the project milestones. All payments shall be made in Qatari Riyal via bank transfer to the designated account in Doha, Qatar.
