The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of computer systems engineering, including design, implementation, testing, and ongoing technical support. The assigned Computer Engineer will operate under the direct supervision of the client's project management office and will adhere to all applicable Russian Federation technical standards (GOST) and international engineering best practices.

The Computer Engineer engagement covers the following deliverables: system architecture design for a 200-node enterprise network, hardware procurement coordination, firmware and operating system deployment, cybersecurity hardening, performance benchmarking, and a minimum of 120 hours of on-site technical support within the Russia Moscow operational site. All work will be conducted in compliance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation on Personal Data and Information Security regulations.

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule, payable via bank transfer to the account of TechBridge Engineering Solutions Ltd. registered in Russia Moscow:

• 30% Advance Payment (RUB 902,160) – due within 10 business days of mutual acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• 40% Milestone Payment (RUB 1,202,880) – due upon completion of the Implementation & Deployment phase, subject to client sign-off.
• 30% Final Payment (RUB 902,160) – due within 15 business days of project closure and delivery of all documentation.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate.
• The Computer Engineer personnel assigned to this project will hold valid work permits and professional certifications recognized by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation.
• All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement in Russia Moscow shall remain the exclusive property of the client, as defined in the master service agreement.
• Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order, which will be appended to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or civil unrest affecting the Russia Moscow region, shall relieve both parties from performance obligations for the duration of the event.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Moscow in accordance with the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
• The Computer Engineer team shall maintain full confidentiality of all client data, network topologies, and proprietary systems in strict accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope, pricing, and terms for the Computer Engineer services to be delivered in Russia Moscow. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding commercial agreement between the parties.
